Breakdown of Arkansas’ Freshman Football Class

With spring ball in full force, we will be looking at freshman who will make an impact in the 2019-2020 season on the offensive side of the ball. This will include players who are on campus and also ones that have not made it to the Hill just yet. QUARTERBACK: KJ Jefferson, a dual threat QB, is an easy one considering KJ is the only QB recruit in the 2019 class. He will not arrive on campus until this summer so I expect to not see him start at the beginning of the season. Be looking for him to progress … Continue reading Breakdown of Arkansas’ Freshman Football Class

Arkansas Gaining Momentum After Starkel Visit

The Razorback coaches, players and fan base certainly have been let down over the past few months. While Arkansas struggled to a 2-10 season, the Kelly Bryant debacle and losing out on a few big time prospects on National Signing Day there may be a sliver of hope out there that Arkansas could bring in a quarterback with name recognition. Nick Starkel, who started five games as a redshirt freshman in 2016, is transferring from Texas A&M and is searching for his next destination. After naming Arkansas and Florida State as possible new homes, SMU looked to be in the … Continue reading Arkansas Gaining Momentum After Starkel Visit

As the Razorbacks venture into their 2019 spring practices, the Hogs will be looking to improve in every way possible to be more competitive in the SEC. A new offense and defense was installed in Fayetteville last off-season and it showed. The Razorbacks had plenty of stalled drives, too many negative plays on … Continue reading Pre-Spring Offensive Thoughts, Depth Chart

Grad Transfer Dropping Hints Toward Arkansas

If you have been hiding under a rock for the majority of the past year and a half, you would not know the desperation Arkansas has for an elite quarterback. During a four game stretch Arkansas quarterback, Ty Storey, was putting up numbers that rivaled many of the top quarterbacks in the SEC. Then, he was injured and not the same again. The 2019 recruiting cycle brought Arkansas four top fifty wide receivers. Receivers coach, Justin Stepp is the only assistant to have done that this year. Oh, and do not forget about tight end, Hudson Henry, who was the … Continue reading Grad Transfer Dropping Hints Toward Arkansas
